Meet the Team

  • Founder/Head Coach

I have been an athlete all of my life. At seven years old, I picked up a baseball for the first time and continued to play competitively throughout college at Ottawa University (KS). In 2019, I started my lifting career and learning about nutrition to help better myself as an athlete and realized I had an aptitude for it. In 2021, was when I tried the sport of powerlifting. After doing my first competitive meet I switched to the sport full-time and even started using what I had learned to help others excel in the sport. I fell in love with teaching and truly found my calling for coaching others.

  • Powerlifting Coach

I started lifting to lose weight and by the end of my senior year, I lost 50lbs. My powerlifting journey began by seeing my friend arch on bench-press. After 3 years of powerlifting, I’ve coached lifters who have qualified for nationals and continue to create more national-level athletes.

  • Powerlifting Coach

My whole life I’ve always been into sports and lifting. I fell in love with the sport of powerlifting in high school where I competed for 3 years. I eventually found that I had an aptitude for helping others in the art of teaching and coaching. Ever since I began coaching I’ve grown to love the sport and loved helping others even more. Seeing the success of others drives me to become a better athlete and better coach everyday.

  • Powerlifting Coach

“My whole life I’ve always been into sports and being strong. I started playing softball at a young age, and then played all the way through high school. After high school I fell in love with lifting, and then after that decided to start powerlifting. I’ve always had a love for teaching others and for a while I wanted to be a teacher. I love helping people find their strength and pushing them to their capabilities. I have always thought people are a lot stronger than what they think they are. Others success is what drives me to be better and want to push them to be better.”

  • Bodybuilding Coach

My name is Patrick Reyes. I have been training physically for basically my entire life in both athletics, and strength and conditioning.

I have been studying Kinesiology, and movement of the body, for nearly 5 years and have a background in NSCA-accredited classes. I try my hardest to stay up to date with the most current information on the supplements I take or recommend for my clients.

Along with staying up to date with supplement research, I also try to stay up to date with training research and how I can better my training. Personally, I do a power-building split in order to accommodate both my strength goals and Body Building prospects after college.

My training style is very pliable and as intense as you make it. I take my training very seriously and would take training anyone just as seriously in order for both parties to reach their goals.
